1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auditsly (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all agencies, webmasters, SEO professionals, and any other users who leverage our platform.

2. Description of Service

Auditsly is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing automated SEO audits, DeepSeek AI text diagnostics, real-time competitor tracking, and white-label PDF generation. The accuracy of our diagnostic sweeps is provided "as is," and while we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific indexing or ranking results on Google or other search engines.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our crawling infrastructure to:

  • Audit internal networks, private staging environments, or password-protected intranets without authorization.
  • Conduct denial-of-service (DDoS) style attacks by maliciously configuring our recursive crawler logic.
  • Extract, resell, or directly mirror the core Auditsly architectural design or proprietary database subsets.
  • Reverse engineer our Neural AI engine integration.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the accounts of users who abuse our infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features (like white-label PDF exports and unlimited competitor tracking) are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed automatically on a recurring cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles outside of our standard refund windows.

5. AI Diagnostics Disclaimer

Our Neural Engine leverages third-party AI models (DeepSeek API) to analyze content. Output generated by AI may not always be 100% accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific niche. Always review AI-generated content recommendations manually before implementing structural shifts to your domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auditsly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses directly resulting from your use of the SEO platform.
